New Heights of Northeast Florida (formerly Cerebral Palsy of Northeast Florida) is a Jacksonville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided therapy, habilitative training and support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities since 1953. The organization serves individuals across Duval, St. John’s, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties through programs that include adult day training, pediatric and adult therapy, and transportation.
