About NORTHEAST FLORIDA COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY INC

Northeast Florida Community Action Agency, Inc. (NFCAA) is a 501(c)(3) community action agency founded in 1964 that serves seven counties in Northeast Florida (Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns). The agency administers federal- and state-funded programs focused on emergency utility assistance, home weatherization, family self-sufficiency, and youth workforce/STEAM programming.

NFCAA operates major programs including the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) portfolio, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and runs longer-standing youth employment/education initiatives (Data Busters / STEAM).
