Hubbard House, Inc. is a full-service, certified domestic violence shelter and advocacy center based in Jacksonville, Florida, serving Duval and Baker counties. The organization operates a 24-hour hotline and provides emergency shelter, outreach counseling, legal advocacy, children’s services, housing and job assistance, pet safety resources, and supervised visitation programs.

Over its five-decade history Hubbard House reports having answered well over 100,000 hotline calls and served tens of thousands of survivors and their children; in recent years the agency has continued to expand outreach and housing supports, serving several thousand survivors annually and reporting multi-million-dollar annual revenues to sustain and grow shelter, counseling, and rapid re-housing programs. Hubbard House also participates in collaborative initiatives (including the Intimate Violence Enhanced Services Team and the Safety First supervised visitation project) with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the City of Jacksonville, and local service partners to reach the most at-risk cases and provide trauma-informed services across the justice and social-service systems.
