Duval Association for Residential Care (DARC) is an affiliate of The Arc Jacksonville that exists to provide and maintain residential group homes and supportive housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, operating in alignment with The Arc Jacksonville’s mission to serve and advocate for individuals with I/DD to achieve their full potential and participate in community life.
