GENESIS HEALTH FOUNDATION INC

The Genesis Health Foundation, Inc. is the legal nonprofit donor entity that operates d/b/a The Brooks Health Foundation and serves as the fundraising and charitable arm for Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, Florida. The foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity that directs philanthropic resources to patient-centered care, research, education, and community rehabilitation programs. The foundation supports a range of donor-funded programs including charity care, adaptive sports and recreation, pediatric recreation, and brain injury services, and it operates regular fundraising initiatives and donor societies to sustain those programs. In recent years the foundation has continued active grantmaking and fundraising to expand community programs and to subsidize care for underinsured or uninsured patients.
