ABILITY HOUSING INC

Ability Housing is a nonprofit developer and operator of affordable and supportive multifamily housing across Florida. The organization develops, renovates, and manages rental properties targeted to low- and middle-income households, persons living with disabilities, and people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Beyond property ownership, Ability Housing pairs its communities with resident-focused support services — including case management and connections to health, employment, and financial resources — to help tenants stabilize and improve their well-being. The organization maintains an active development pipeline and works with public and philanthropic partners to expand affordable housing supply. As of 2026 Ability Housing operates a multi-property portfolio across Duval, Orange, Osceola and St. Johns counties, houses over two thousand residents, and continues to advance new developments and capacity-building initiatives to increase affordable housing access statewide.
