About NORTHWEST BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC

Northwest Behavioral Health Services, Inc. (NWBH) is a private, not-for-profit behavioral health provider chartered in Florida in 1992 and based in Jacksonville. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is state-certified and licensed to provide mental health and substance use services.
