About FLORIDA FEDERATION OF COLORGUARDS CIRCUIT INC
The Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit (FFCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization that provides a competitive and educational outlet for color guard, indoor marching percussion, concert percussion, and winds. The organization operates a structured competitive season that begins in January and culminates with Circuit Championships in early April, and it emphasizes inclusion, safety, education, leadership, and equity. Founded in 1985 by a group of music educators, FFCC has expanded from a regional winter circuit into a statewide organization with educational programs, scholarship offerings, and an outdoor marching band contest circuit (FFCC Outdoor) launched in Fall 2023 with its first championship events in November 2024. The organization is governed by a member-elected Board of Directors and supported by advisory boards composed of experienced educators and nationally credentialed adjudicators.
