FAMILY PROMISE OF JACKSONVILLE INC

Family Promise of Jacksonville is a Jacksonville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works with interfaith sponsor congregations and community partners to provide temporary shelter, meals, and intensive case management for families with children experiencing homelessness. The organization operates a congregational-hosting model combined with prevention and case-management services that focus on housing stability, employment, financial literacy and child well-being. Family Promise reports an 88% success rate in moving families from homelessness to stability and partners with local funders and community coalitions to deliver services.
