House of Acts Substance Abuse Program

House of Acts Substance Abuse Program is a Vallejo-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (established 1987) that operates residential and transitional programs, clinical counseling, sober living and workforce-readiness services for people in recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The organization provides a social-model residential program, integrated clinical services, job-readiness training, and a thrift-store social enterprise to support recovery and economic stability. House of Acts is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services and serves adults, transitional youth, and vulnerable populations across Solano County with an explicit focus on reducing recidivism, strengthening families, and removing barriers to recovery.
