About INDIAN VALLEY PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION

Indian Valley Parent Teacher Organization (IV PTO) is the volunteer-led nonprofit partner of Indian Valley Elementary School in Walnut Creek, CA. The PTO fundraises, organizes community-building activities, and supports curricular and enrichment programs (classroom supplies, science/art/music materials, field trips, camp scholarships, and after-school enrichment) that supplement state funding for TK–5 students. The organization has operated as the school's donor-facing PTO since 1988 and works in coordination with the Walnut Creek Education Foundation and Walnut Creek School District to expand access to instructional programs and extracurricular opportunities.
