About SOLANO AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOUNDATION

Solano Affordable Housing Foundation (SAHF) is a California nonprofit public benefit organization established in 1990 that develops, preserves and manages affordable rental housing across Solano County and nearby communities. The foundation owns or operates a portfolio of multi-family properties and focuses on long-term stewardship of affordable homes, supportive housing and senior housing.

In recent years SAHF has continued property development and preservation activity (including its Marina Village project in Suisun City) and has participated in local housing planning efforts with city and county partners. Developed Marina Village Apartments in Suisun City, a 160-unit mixed-size affordable housing community identified on the foundation's website as its newest development and part of its ongoing pipeline of proposed and completed homes.
