JUSTICE IN MOTION INC

Justice in Motion, Inc. (EIN: 72-1597864) is a Brooklyn-based 501(c)(3) organization that provides transnational legal services, policy advocacy, and case facilitation to protect migrant rights across borders. The organization focuses on legal action, a Defender Network of local partners in Mexico and Central America, policy advocacy, and a long-standing family reunification initiative. Justice in Motion operates by matching U.S. and Canadian advocates with locally based Defenders to pursue cross-border litigation and evidence-gathering, and by running sustained family-reunification efforts that began during the 2017–2018 family separation crisis. In the last 2–3 years the organization has continued to expand its Defender Network, published annual results, and marked its 20th anniversary in 2025 while sustaining active legal and reunification programs through 2024–2025.
