About HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION

The Houston Community College Foundation (HCC Foundation) is the affiliated nonprofit fundraising and scholarship arm for Houston Community College. Founded in 1976, the foundation raises private philanthropy to support scholarships, programmatic grants, capital projects, faculty awards and student success initiatives at HCC. The foundation operates donor funds and endowed scholarships, stewards gifts for workforce and academic programs, and partners with corporations, foundations and individual donors to remove financial and structural barriers to higher education for Houston-area students. HCC Foundation maintains audited financial statements and files annual Form 990 returns, and publishes annual Gratitude/impact reports to document recent giving and outcomes.
