MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION AND COUNSELING THROUGH THE ARTS

Founded in 1977 and tax-exempt since 1979, Multicultural Education and Counseling Through the Arts (MECA) operates a community arts center in Houston that combines multicultural performing and visual arts instruction with academic support and counseling.
