Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is a local Habitat affiliate that develops new affordable homes, renovates and resells existing homes, and provides critical home repairs and supportive services across the Denver metropolitan area.
The organization operates retail ReStores to fund its programs and runs specialized initiatives—such as CAPABLE for aging homeowners—to keep people safely housed and prevent displacement.
In recent years Habitat Metro Denver has expanded production and preservation: it reported serving hundreds of local families annually, completed community-scale developments (for example Aria Homes), and was recognized among the top-producing Habitat affiliates nationwide.
