STAGES (Stages Repertory Theatre)

STAGES (Stages Repertory Theatre) is a professional, donor-facing 501(c)(3) theater company and presenter based in Houston, Texas. The company produces seasons of new work and modern classics in intimate performance spaces at The Gordy (800 Rosine St.), and operates education and workforce-development programs for young people and emerging theater professionals. In recent years STAGES has expanded its campus and programmatic reach, operating multiple stages at The Gordy, presenting regional premieres and community-focused festivals, and maintaining year-round education offerings including a Young Artists Conservatory, production apprenticeships, and student matinees designed to broaden access to live theater. The organization serves broad Houston audiences while explicitly offering training and pay-what-you-can access for middle- and high-school students and emerging theatermakers.
