Hilltop Health Services Corporation (dba Hilltop Community Resources) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Grand Junction, Colorado that provides integrated health and human services across Western Colorado (Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties). For decades Hilltop has operated senior living communities, family resource centers, behavioral health and residential programs, and community-based supports.
Recent organizational highlights (2023–2025) include the publication of a 2024 Annual Report documenting expanded services and financial scale, the Village on San Juan supportive housing partnership in Montrose (opening activity in 2024), continued operation and growth of the Life Adjustment Program for adults with brain injury, and ongoing programs such as the Balanced Rock Community School and family resource services.

75th Anniversary
Celebrated 75 years of service to Western Colorado (milestone highlighted in the 2024 Annual Report) and used the milestone to spotlight program growth and community impact.
Village on San Juan supportive housing
Partnered in and supported the development of The Village on San Juan, a multigenerational supportive-housing project in Montrose that moved toward opening in 2024 and provides units and onsite services for seniors and young adults.
