About Colorado Chamber Foundation
The Colorado Chamber Foundation (EIN 74-2324426) is the 501(c)(3) philanthropic and research arm of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. It funds and runs programs, research and civic-education initiatives designed to strengthen Colorado’s business climate and workforce.
In recent years the Foundation has centered its work on Vision 2033 — a multi-year strategic action plan for statewide economic growth — together with civic engagement programs (notably the National Civics Bee), workforce development projects, and regular job-market research and reporting.
Notable achievements
State host of the National Civics Bee
Established and scaled Colorado’s state-level National Civics Bee (annual), producing regional competitions and state finals and awarding scholarships/prizes that qualify winners for the national championship.
U.S. Chamber Foundation recognition (2023)
The Foundation’s civics-engagement programming was named a national finalist by the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Citizens Awards program, reflecting national acknowledgment of its civic-education work.
Publication of recurring workforce and job-market resources
Regular release of job-market reports, employer resources and Foundation impact summaries (including a 2025 Foundation Impact Report) used by policymakers, employers and educators to inform workforce strategy.
