About STEP DENVER
Step Denver is an all-men, residential recovery program based in Denver, Colorado, that helps adults experiencing addiction and homelessness move toward stable, sober, independent living. The program uses a four-pillar model—Sobriety, Work, Accountability, and Community—delivered through peer recovery support, life-skills classes, job placement, and structured phases of recovery. Step has operated for decades and in recent years has expanded its model to replicate services in new communities. Replication and new campus (Step Springs)
Step expanded its model to Colorado Springs with the Step Springs replication project, establishing a 50-bed residential facility to serve more men and scale the Step program beyond Denver.
