About Pueblo Hispanic Education Foundation
Founded in 1988 and registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, PHEF focuses on removing financial and procedural barriers to post-secondary education for students in Pueblo County and Southern Colorado.
The foundation awards and manages scholarships, runs student-support workshops (FAFSA, resume writing, test prep, concurrent enrollment guidance), and partners with local institutions and government programs to expand access to college and career training.
