About Active4All Evergreen Foundation
Active4All Evergreen Foundation (founded 1989) is the charitable partner of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District and is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Foundation raises funds, cultivates donors and sponsorships, and channels those resources to EPRD capital projects, program scholarships, and inclusive recreation programming.
A small, community-focused foundation, Active4All has supported playground and accessibility improvements, equipment and facility projects, and ongoing scholarship and INSPIRE (adaptive recreation) programming. The organization runs community fundraising events (most notably the annual New Year’s Lake Plunge) and leverages partnerships such as Colorado Gives to maximize donor impact.

Since its re-launch the Foundation has raised in excess of $300,000 in support of EPRD capital projects, scholarships, and programs (cumulative impact enabling numerous facility and program enhancements).
INSPIRE fundraising milestone
Active4All reports raising more than $100,000 for the INSPIRE inclusive recreation program over recent years, enabling expanded programming, equipment purchases, and participant scholarships.
Record Lake Plunge participation (2023)
The Foundation’s flagship fundraiser—the Evergreen Lake Plunge—saw record participation in 2023 (over 400 registered plungers) and raised roughly $25–30K that year to benefit INSPIRE and scholarships.
