About EVERGREEN CHRISTIAN OUTREACH
Evergreen Christian Outreach (EChO) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Evergreen, Colorado, founded in the late 1980s and tax-exempt since 1990. It provides emergency assistance, pantry services, seasonal shelter, case management, and community support targeted to mountain communities west of C-470.
EChO operates a food pantry, an overnight seasonal shelter, a ReSale store that funds programs, a volunteer-run firewood assistance program, and client services that include financial help and housing navigation to help people move from crisis to stability.

Volunteer-run firewood program
A largely volunteer-managed program that processes and delivers nearly 100 cords of donated split firewood annually, supplying free wood to more than 100 households who rely on wood heat.
