About PERFORMING ARTS HOUSTON

Performing Arts Houston (founded 1966) is a long-established Houston-based nonprofit presenter of multidisciplinary performing arts. The organization programs seasons of music, dance, theater, family and speaker events across Houston’s Theater District and citywide venues. Performing Arts Houston operates a robust education and community-engagement program that includes student matinees, in-school residencies, masterclasses, workshops, paid arts-administration internships, and a commissioning initiative for Houston artists.
