About THE CONCILIO

THE CONCILIO is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1981 that serves Latino and diverse North Texas families through culturally responsive education, community health, research, and leadership development programs. The organization operates direct family-facing programs (education cohorts, promotora-led outreach, health fairs) and a policy/strategy arm called the Latino Strategy Institute to drive systems change through research, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. THE CONCILIO reports multi-million-dollar annual revenues, holds active grant and partnership relationships with regional funders and corporate sponsors, and convenes annual events (The Concilio Summit / Power of Latinos Summit, Big Dreams Gala, Get Up Get Moving health fair) to amplify Latino voices and influence local decision-making.
