About TEXAS BUSINESS HALL OF FAME FOUNDATION

The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation (EIN 75-1842638) is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) established in 1982 that recognizes transformative Texas business leaders through an annual Induction Dinner and supports emerging entrepreneurs through a structured awards program. The EIN and recent tax filings and financial statements have been cross-checked against public filings (IRS/Form 990 records, ProPublica/Nonprofit Explorer and the Foundation’s published financials).

In addition to the Hall of Fame inductions, the Foundation runs the Future Texas Business Legend Awards program, which each year recognizes higher-education and veteran entrepreneurs with cash awards and mentoring opportunities. Recent activity includes published audited financial statements for 2024, a Fall 2025 induction and awards cycle with documented awardee outcomes, and a scheduled 2026 Induction Dinner to continue fundraising and public programming.

The Foundation operates as a donor-facing charity with an active web presence, public financial reports, and corporate sponsors that underwrite its induction dinners and awards luncheons to generate operating and grant support for its awardees.
