About RAINBOW DAYS INC (doing business as Brighter Days)

Founded in Dallas in 1982, Rainbow Days (now operating as Brighter Days) provides evidence-based support groups, life-skills education, prevention programming, and training for professionals who serve children and youth living in high-risk and homeless situations. The organization operates an award-winning Curriculum-Based Support Group (CBSG®) program and related services that combine direct service in schools, shelters, motels and community sites with training to expand local and national capacity. In May 2026 the organization announced a strategic name change to Brighter Days to better reflect its mission while continuing the same leadership, programs, and evidence-based approach.

Strategic rebrand (2026)

Completed a mission-aligned rebrand from Rainbow Days to Brighter Days in May 2026 to modernize the organization’s public identity while maintaining program continuity and leadership.
