DALLAS CASA
Dallas CASA volunteer advocates protect children, restore childhood and help child victims of abuse and neglect achieve their full potential.
About DALLAS CASA
Dallas CASA is the local Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program that recruits, trains and supervises volunteer advocates to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children involved with Dallas County child protective services. Founded as one of the earliest CASA pilot programs, the organization focuses on ensuring each child in protective care has an independent, consistent advocate to the court and child welfare system.
Dallas CASA operates as a large, donor-facing nonprofit with a history of major community fundraising campaigns, public-facing events, and partnerships that support volunteer recruitment and advocacy work. In recent years the program has expanded services for youth aging out of foster care and maintained active public engagement through fundraising events and community partnerships.
