About SOUTHLAKE GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION INC

Established in 1988, the Southlake Girls Softball Association (SGSA) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) youth sports organization based in Southlake, Texas focused on girls’ fastpitch softball for ages approximately 5–15. The organization fields recreational leagues, clinics, and a select program (Southlake Dragons) and is affiliated with the DFW Mid‑Cities Softball Interlock. SGSA works in partnership with the City of Southlake and Carroll Independent School District to run seasonal leagues, tournaments, and skill-development activities. In recent years SGSA has remained active with regular seasonal registration, community events (including an SGSA All-Star tournament in 2024), updated governance documents (Code of Conduct amended March 2024), and ongoing coach/parent resources and clinics.
