Plano Community Home Sponsor Inc (doing business as Plano Community Homes) is a nonprofit sponsor and manager of HUD-subsidized affordable housing communities serving low-income older adults, veterans and persons with mobility impairments in the North Texas region. Its operations include multiple HUD Section 202/Section 8 properties (East Campus, West Campus, Pioneer Place and Fairoaks of Denton) and resident services such as transportation, wellness activities, service coordination and social programming. In recent years the organization has maintained program-driven operations at scale and steady program-service revenue, continuing to operate and expand supportive services across its campuses.
