About RICHARDSON ADULT LITERACY CENTER
The Richardson Adult Literacy Center (RALC) is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization founded in 1990 that provides English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and workforce-readiness programming for adult learners in Richardson and the surrounding North Texas region.
