About HOUSING FORWARD

Housing Forward is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves as the system backbone for the All Neighbors Coalition, coordinating the region’s homeless response across Dallas and Collin counties. The organization operates the Coordinated Access System (CAS), administers the local Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and runs the Flex Fund and other interventions that help people move from homelessness to stable housing.

In recent years Housing Forward has scaled system-level supports and measurable outcomes: the organization reports more than 24,000 exits from homelessness since 2021, has processed roughly $4.9 million in Flex Fund assistance, logged 3,341+ training hours for partners, and led encampment decommissioning efforts that housed hundreds of people.
