SAFE CITY COMMISSION

Safe City Commission is a Fort Worth-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that coordinates crime-prevention initiatives and operates One Safe Place, a regional Family Justice Center that co-locates services for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. The organization works in partnership with law enforcement, courts, legal aid, counseling providers, and more than two dozen partner agencies to remove barriers to safety and recovery for survivors across Tarrant County.

In the last 2–3 years Safe City Commission has continued to operate One Safe Place as the Family Justice Center for the region, administer community programs (including Crime Stoppers and Project Safe Neighborhoods), and receive municipal contract funding to sustain center operations. Programs include adult and children's advocacy, survivor-driven service coordination, community trainings, youth prevention activities (Camp Hope TX and related offerings), and crime-prevention partnerships with local law enforcement. The Commission balances direct client services with countywide public-safety and prevention initiatives.
