Pearland Neighborhood Center

Pearland Neighborhood Center (PNC) is a long-established, donor-facing 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Pearland and northern Brazoria County since 1987. The center operates a multi-service, "one-stop" model that combines emergency financial help, food and baby pantries, utility and rent assistance, school supply and holiday programs, GED scholarships, disaster relief, and financial-stability training. In the last 2–3 years PNC has continued to expand its programming and fundraising: it reported increased revenues in 2023–2024, received significant grants from local funders and food-distribution partners, and sustained high-volume client services (tens of thousands of client touches reported across recent years). The center also runs community fundraising events (including an annual Family Crawfish Festival) and coordinates with partners such as United Way of Brazoria County and The Houston Food Bank to deliver food, emergency aid, and holiday assistance.
