About BUILDERS OF HOPE CDC

Builders of Hope CDC is a Dallas-based community development organization that develops affordable, energy-efficient single-family homes, advances anti-displacement policy, and builds resident leadership in historically disinvested neighborhoods. The organization runs place-based initiatives including the Mill City revitalization and West Dallas community vision work, pairs homebuilding with homebuyer education and financial counseling, and publishes toolkits and policy resources to protect legacy residents from displacement. Builders of Hope operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a multi-pronged approach that combines housing construction, lot remediation, policy advocacy, and partnerships with local funders and city programs to increase homeownership and neighborhood stability.
