About Missions Resource Network

Missions Resource Network (MRN) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Bedford, Texas, that equips churches and missionaries to develop healthy, sustainable disciple-making movements among unreached and under-served people groups. MRN’s core work includes training and recruiting leaders, church equipping workshops and labs, and worker care services for cross-cultural ministry teams. MRN operates several regional initiatives and online resources, offers modular training (including a free short-term missions online course and certificates), and provides coaching and assessment tools for churches and mission workers. In recent years MRN reports active church-equipping work across the United States and ongoing programs focused on leadership development and missionary care.

Launched and made available a concise online Introduction to Short-Term Mission Experience course with a completion certificate and supporting leader’s guide to improve short-term mission preparation and reduce harm.
