HRI operates a hybrid model that pairs an experienced in-house legal and social-services team with an extensive network of trained pro bono attorneys, medical professionals, interpreters, and volunteers to deliver comprehensive client-centered services across North Texas. In recent years HRI has continued to scale services and institutional capacity (including published annual reports and audited financials), completed a leadership transition to a new executive director in early 2024, and reported sustained high case outcomes and strong pro bono engagement across the region.
