RECOVERY RESOURCE COUNCIL

Founded in 1946, Recovery Resource Council is a nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving a multi-county region across North Texas, West Texas, and the Panhandle. The Council delivers outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, prevention education, peer recovery support, and housing services through in-person campuses and telehealth, with programs for youth, adults, veterans, and families. The organization is licensed by the State of Texas as an outpatient treatment provider and has been accredited by The Joint Commission since 2014. In recent years the Council has expanded capacity and facilities—completing a new Fort Worth campus in spring 2026 and advancing renovations and permanent space projects to improve access across its service area. Recovery Resource Council reports reaching more than 80,000 individuals annually (83,190 in FY25) and actively pursues public and private grant funding to scale clinical services, prevention programming, and recovery supports for low-income, uninsured, and at-risk populations.
