THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF FORT WORTH INC

The Junior League of Fort Worth (JLFW) is a women-led, 501(c)(3) volunteer organization founded in February 1929 that trains and mobilizes volunteers to address community needs in Fort Worth. JLFW’s stated focus is improving the well-being of children and families while developing women’s leadership through hands-on placements, fundraising, and partnership grants. In recent years JLFW has operated several signature initiatives — including a community Diaper Bank (housed through local distribution partners), school-focused programs such as Mini- and Junior M.I.N.T.S., playground revitalizations, and a Community Opportunities Fund that provides grants and sponsorships to local nonprofits. The organization continues active fundraising and volunteer placement cycles and reports measurable community activity in the last 2–3 years (notably a major diaper-distribution milestone, multi-year grantmaking, and record fundraising results).
