JUNIOR PLAYERS GUILD

Junior Players Guild (doing business as Junior Players) is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) arts education nonprofit founded in 1955 that provides high-quality theater and arts programming to children and teens, with a focus on serving under-resourced communities across North Texas. Programs include free arts education classes, summer camps, mainstage teen productions, outreach partnerships with schools and social service agencies, and a playwright development program (PUP Fest).

The organization reports serving approximately 15,000 students annually (and roughly 6,000 audience members during its seasonal productions), delivering thousands of hours and sessions of programming each year while contracting over 100 local teaching artists. In recent years Junior Players has remained active in the community with major productions, festivals, fundraising galas, and institutional grant support (including a Dallas Foundation Spring Grant awarded April 1, 2026), and received local media coverage for its teen mainstage productions (including a feature published January 1, 2026).
