About HOUSTON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INC

Houston Business Development, Inc. (HBDI) is a Houston-based nonprofit community development organization and certified CDFI founded in 1986 that provides below-market loans, business advisory services, affordable office/co‑working space, and real-estate redevelopment to support small and minority-owned businesses and neighborhood revitalization. HBDI operates a Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) Center and offers entrepreneurship training, credit management, loan products, and incubation services that target undercapitalized markets.
