About Houston Children's Chorus Inc.

Houston Children’s Chorus Inc. (founded 1989) is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) children’s choir that enrolls more than 150 children in grades 2–8 for regular rehearsals, concerts and touring performances. The organization’s programs emphasize high artistic standards, multicultural repertoire, youth development and access — including a Music in the Schools outreach program and tuition-assistance scholarships.

The Chorus maintains an active public performance calendar and partnerships with major local arts organizations; recent seasons include commissioned works and a Carnegie Hall premiere in June 2025.
