One Delta Plaza Educational Center, Inc. (ODPEC) is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) community organization founded in 1989 that owns and operates the One Delta Plaza facility on Old Spanish Trail and delivers education, scholarship and youth-development programs to the Greater Houston community.
