About CHI DELTA TAU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION

Chi Delta Tau Alumni Association Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1993 by alumni of Trinity University’s Chi Delta Tau fraternity and is organized as a 501(c)(3) public charity. The Foundation’s core purpose is to build and steward a permanent scholarship endowment to provide annual academic awards to undergraduate students. The Foundation currently awards six scholarships each year (five restricted to Chi Delta Tau members and one open to a Trinity University student selected by the university) and conducts periodic fundraising events and campaigns to grow its endowment. The organization is governed by an active volunteer board of alumni and maintains an active web presence and donor-facing programs. Recent public filings show continued financial growth and grant activity, reflecting ongoing fundraising (including gala events) and endowment increases that support scholarship distributions to Trinity students and Chi Delta Tau members.
