Hope Stone, Inc.

Hope Stone, Inc. is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) arts education nonprofit founded in 1997. The organization operates The Hope Project — a mindful arts education outreach program — and for many years produced work under its professional dance company, Hope Stone Dance. In recent years Hope Stone pivoted to focus primarily on arts education: the company presented its final major performance project in November 2023 and since then the organization has concentrated resources on classroom- and community-based programming and a growing digital arts library. Hope Stone’s programs serve a predominantly economically disadvantaged population and emphasize creative emotional intelligence, dance, music, theater, photography, and digital arts.
