About Generation Schools Network Inc

Generation Schools Network (GSN) is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that partners with K–12 schools, districts, educators, families, and community leaders to redesign school systems and expand equitable learning opportunities. GSN provides services in leadership and teacher development, community and career-connected learning, health and wellness supports, and collaborative policy action. GSN operates statewide initiatives (including the Colorado Rural Education Collaborative and Justice Engaged Students–Colorado) and offers embedded coaching, technical assistance, and program design to support turnaround and rural schools. In recent years the organization has expanded its reach across Colorado and the Southwest while maintaining a focus on cost-effective, equity-centered school redesign. GSN maintains regular public reporting and annual Form 990 filings and continues to operate as an active, donor-facing nonprofit with national partnerships, foundation support, and recurring program activity through at least 2024–2025.

Scale and 2024 impact

Reported program scale in 2024 that included support to thousands of educators and over 135,000 students, while partnering with nearly 200 school districts and multiple community leaders through statewide initiatives.
