About Pueblo Human Relations Commission
The Pueblo Human Relations Commission (PHRC) is a civic nonprofit organization created by an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Pueblo and Pueblo County to advance civil rights, community understanding, and anti-discrimination efforts countywide.
PHRC operates as a volunteer commission of appointed members (including a youth appointee) that meets monthly, accepts advocacy requests and discrimination reports, and conducts education, outreach, and training to foster inclusion.
