ALLIANCE FOR SMILES INTERNATIONAL INC

Alliance for Smiles International (AfS) is a San Francisco–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2004 that provides free comprehensive cleft lip and palate care through short-term surgical missions, permanent treatment center partnerships, and local clinical training.
