Training Leaders International exists to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ by mentoring and sending pastors, professors, and seminary students to provide theological education where access is limited.
About Training Leaders International
Training Leaders International (TLI) is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2009 that mentors and sends pastors, professors, and seminary students to teach theological education in regions with limited local access. TLI operates modular training programs, short-term teaching trips, partnerships with local leaders, and plants formal Bible schools; in recent years the organization has expanded its global footprint and scale of activity. The organization is accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), maintains an advisory board of prominent evangelical leaders, and operates with a multi‑million dollar annual budget to support its sending, training, and school‑planting activities.

2024 Global Training Scale
In the most recent reporting year TLI ran dozens of training sessions globally (reporting 98 trainings across multiple sites) and trained over one thousand pastors and church leaders through its modular and short‑term programs.
