Training Leaders International exists to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ by mentoring and sending pastors, professors, and seminary students to provide theological education where access is limited.

Training Leaders International (TLI) is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2009 that mentors and sends pastors, professors, and seminary students to teach theological education in regions with limited local access. TLI operates modular training programs, short-term teaching trips, partnerships with local leaders, and plants formal Bible schools; in recent years the organization has expanded its global footprint and scale of activity.
