TREC Community Investors (formerly The Real Estate Council Community Fund) is a Dallas-based nonprofit and treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides flexible loans, grants, and pro-bono real estate expertise to catalyze neighborhood revitalization and community-serving real estate projects in Dallas and Collin counties.
